Proceso de mediación para la solución de conflictos de los estamentos del sistema de educación superior

This thesis legal research, entitled "MEDIATION PROCESS FOR RESOLVING CONFLICTS OF estates HIGHER EDUCATION SYSTEM" discusses need for mediation as an alternative solution to the conflicts generated in the university bodies, so a reform proposal arises Art. 207 of the Organic Law on Higher Education. In Chapter I, introduction, problem analysis, justification, objectives are formulated and the hypothesis of the research is conducted. In Chapter II, the theoretical framework developed in the doctrinal, jurisprudential, legislative and legal fields compared. Chapter III discusses the methodology: The methods, research design, which in this case was descriptive, documentary and field. Population and sample described, techniques and research tools In Chapter IV, the analysis and interpretation of results obtained by applying surveys and interviews with selected sectors of the population is presented. The research hypothesis is checked and the report of the investigation is done. In Chapter V, the conclusions and recommendations are performed Chapter VI, develops the proposed legal reform to Art. 207. Law on Higher Education
