| Тойм: | The audit was performed at the Department of Human Resource Group Company Moreano Chon-Qui located in the city of Quevedo, parish San Camilo, private organization dedicated to the cultivation and export of bananas of the highest quality in the province of Los Rios. The objective of this audit was to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of processes in the study area from January 1 to December 31, 2013. The sample population consisted of administrative staff working in the department of human talent and agricultural staff of the Genesis, one of the nine farms owned by the company finances. The methodology began with the description in the preliminary phase, the organizational structure of company. The evaluation of internal control relevant to the department by the COSO II method, scored a risk level of 68%, rated "medium or moderate risk". The planning phase allowed us to evaluate the specific processes of the department, detecting a level of "medium or moderate" risk sections of training and evaluation of staff performance. The interview with the head of department explained why such status and other relevant aspects regarding policies employed in the company. Management applied indicators showed that, for example, rates of staff turnover and absenteeism, are located within acceptable ranges as analytical theme. The analysis of the results of these indicators allow the hypothesis respond positively: the activities of the department of human talent Moreano Chon-Qui Group were effective during the period 2013. |
