| 總結: | The present research aims to analyze the import restriction electronic products and the impact on microenterprises in El Empalme Canton in the period 2010 - 2014. And in the same way the tariff policies that were implemented were identified by the Ecuador, and these as impacted microentrepreneurs electronics and as maintained during the four years of research, during the investigation it was mentioned that had an involvement in 10% of microenterprises while 90% say it did not affect them since these policies are changing and increasingly are being reformed. The standards applied in these microenterprises are adjustable measures such commercial activities, we can refer to having more payment options including; in terms of fees and these may be paid in full by those who obtained the product at the end of each letter to pay. Most appliances and demanded electronic products in microenterprises are mobile, with 22% in sales, followed by TVs from other electrical appliances with 16%, with this information is known that consuming cell is possessed in first as one of the most traded electronics market Canton El Empalme is currently considered of great importance today for either students and entrepreneurs as a tool.
