Elaboración de un manual de procedimientos de control interno para la ilustre municipalidad del Cantón Valencia, año 2011

This research paper entitled “Elaboración de un Manual de Procedimientos de Control Interno para la Ilustre Municipalidad del Cantón Valencia, año 2011” part of the need for a tool that allows greater control of administrative activities, which allow the entity to have reasonable information, reliable, able to make decisions and make known the reality of the Administrative and Financial institution to the respective entities which control is governed. The main reason is pursued, knowing the importance of developing a Manual on Internal Control Procedures, so that they are in working order, control activities procedures and policies in the area of Management-Human Resources Management -Financial in Municipality of Valencia in 2011 The implementation of the proposed alternative, incidence will perform better when performing different functions assigned to the servants and public servants of the state, and a clear and effective method of control. This research was made not only with the purpose of contributing to the Municipality of Valencia, but to all public bodies, by a proposal to improve the internal control procedures, so we can strengthen the organization and mechanisms used to Internal Control.
