Consequently, a secretary should know the basic methods of the students statistics to proceed with efficiency, efficacy and effectiveness. These techniques are necessaries and important above all for the person in charge of this administration. The statistics of students should be done at necessary times with agility and promptness. Proceeding in this manner we can successfully achieve a good image for the institution with the efficient management of statistics. In conclusion, we have, in the Secretary’s Department, an institution based in abilities and capacities. Based upon the recommendations of this institution, to succeed efficiently in the management of student statistics, this must happen from the moment students are registered. |
