Etiketle | Özet: | Design for statistical control of students based on the “Archivo Maestro de Institutions Educativas” at Dr. José Maria Velasco Ibarra” school fiscal, Buena Fe canton and the process of formulas, it comes to represent the set of methods and procedures to be applied property, regulatory and functional to a series of actions properly coordinated and interrelated, and that is conform the process of distribution of the students for courses, paralles specialities and their causes. Consequently, a secretary should know the basic methods of the students statistics to proceed with efficiency, efficacy and effectiveness. These techniques are necessaries and important above all for the person in charge of this administration. The statistics of students should be done at necessary times with agility and promptness. Proceeding in this manner we can successfully achieve a good image for the institution with the efficient management of statistics. In conclusion, we have, in the Secretary’s Department, an institution based in abilities and capacities. Based upon the recommendations of this institution, to succeed efficiently in the management of student statistics, this must happen from the moment students are registered. |
