Тойм:This thesis is a marketing plan for the gym Arnold, in the city of Quevedo, as due to the lack of advertising and promotional plans, this gym has been losing customer acquisition and therefore stagnation in financial income. The lack of strategies has resulted in limiting the supply of services it offers gym and customer loyalty, making it less competitive each time in relation to competition and improve the positioning of the gym is the essential basis of this research work. The marketing plan proposed, is the need positioner market in which different research methods, which were helpful for primary data which were obtained through a survey of the town of Quevedo were implemented, they were taken into account people aged 15 to 65, customers and prospects, and are being or are capable of physical exercise in the gym. With the data obtained from the surveys could see the problems that led to the Arnold Fitness, reducing their market position by lack of implementation of pricing strategies and advertising, and therefore the lack of the company's Quevedo market. With the presented results of promotion and advertising strategies are developed, in which advertising was done in media, print media and sales promotions, such as sweepstakes, barter points, with this help the increase in market share and achieve reach the goal of this gym target, so that from this way improve the positioning of the company, attract customers and retain current ones.
