| Résumé: | Microorganisms are the most abundant creatures on earth. It is the key biological systems for their participation in the decomposition processes of organic matter. Soil microbes compete for nutrients and energy are also used in the natural production and organic farming. Teak litter samples for isolation of microorganisms that degrade lignin in teak plantations belonging to the "La Represa" State Technical University of Quevedo, in the laboratory phase were collected identifying some lignin degrading fungi were isolated each one of them. Were used based inoculants lignin degrading fungi allowing easy incorporation of nutrients in the soil in the investigation. The design was completely random (DCA) bifactorial settlement; where 3 surface teak litter samples were collected. Once they established in a humid chamber fungi that developed on the surface of each leaf identifying each body purified and identified mediantes taxonomic keys, once purified inoculations that were applied on the surface of the crushed leaves and complete prepared were isolated being kept in previously closed glass container with a paper towel cover. Soil samples were collected from the surface that have been burned and unburned for analysis in the laboratory. Among those identified are fungi Trichoderma sp, and Penicillium spp Paecilomyce ssp. Of which the fungus Trichoderma excels in development testing on PDA and extracts from the leaves of teak (fresh and dried), the establishment of advancing development more growth and proliferation in leaves crushed showed who the cover was observed all section leaves as one soil analysis soil acidity was seen in teak plantations without burning. |
