| Περίληψη: | This research study focuses on evaluating the impact of corporate social responsibility on the productive performance of the "Plaza Urban Transport Cooperative" with the aim of promoting social, economic and environmental well-being, which allows it to direct its activities towards competitive business development. As a methodology for the development of the project, a descriptive approach was applied through surveys related to the ETHOS questionnaire, which were included through an interview with the manager and surveys were carried out with partners, collaborators and users. To obtain information based on historical data and background of the company, it was guided through exploratory research, for which analytical and inductive methods were applied that allowed us to identify the weaknesses and shortcomings that affect productive development through the results obtained. that currently reveal the irregular level of knowledge about practices related to CSR, in the same way the partners and other collaborators emphasized that internal decision-making must be strengthened to obtain greater performance when carrying out their activities. On the part of users, they highlighted a high degree of dissatisfaction with the quality of the service they receive from the company. As a result of the investigation, it was found that they do not have a correct model of practices related to CSR. Therefore, it is recommended to implement an administrative action plan related to the continuous improvement of labor relations that determine the correct functioning of the company when providing service to users through its activities. |
