Propagación vegetativa de la estevia (Rebaudia nabertony) aplicando hormonas ANA y AIB

This researchwas carried outon the propertyofLuisCurcolocatedin the cantonSantoDomingo de LosColorados, province ofSantoDomingo de losTsáchilas, at the ElRosariokm 32of the road toEsmeraldas. The geographical locationis 0 °54 '4'' south latitudeand 80°23'3''west longitudeat an altitudeof 480meters.The experimentwill last fortwo months.Thestudy treatmentsare: WithouthormoneT1, T2 1000 mg.Kg-1 ANA 2000 mg.Kg-1 AIB, T3 2000 mg.Kg-1 ANA 2000 mg.Kg-1 AIB, T4 3000 mg.Kg-1 ANA 2000 mg.Kg-1 AIB. We used acompletely randomized design(CRD) with fourtreatments and sixrepetitions. The variables werenumberof shoots, shoot height, rooting percentage, survival percentage, number of leaves,mainrootlength, number of rootsandeconomic analysis. The valuesof the number ofoutbreaksof different treatmentssteviathe best resultwasobtainedfor T2(1000mg.Kg2000mg.KgANA-1-1 AIB) andwith regard tothe heightofsproutssteviatreatmentsT2, T3andT4had the bestagronomic performanceinthis variable, the behavior of thenumber of leaveshad a direct impactonthe stevia planthormoneshavingimpactin all phases, clearlydemonstratingthat the use ofhormones insteviaof different treatmentsonstudyresults weresignificantbetween treatments. The bestcost-benefit ratiowas obtainedin the treatmentofT2or1.90U.S. dollarsfor every dollar spentyou geta returnof 0.90cents
