For the realization and fulfillment of this research project was analyzed and the use of new technology and web standard tools for creating dynamic and attractive interface with responsive design features, which allows viewing a website in different types of raised devices such as computers, tablets, Smartphone, presenting wide information about the Fire Department it is possible to obtain the due postulations record to applicants of the it. The dissemination website was made using social networks because people will attract the news of what happens inside and outside our country through them, they spread plugin using Facebook, Twitter YouTube and keeping active interaction with visitors, in addition to publicize them by means such as advertising posters detailing allowing emergency numbers, social networking and website. Persons accessing the website, will find a welcome screen to present facilities and work carried out by the Fire Department must then press the logo button that will link to the site home page, in the home screen you will find a navigation menu on new pages with full details in a dynamic and effective way. Finally concluded with the implementation of a hit counter website had a positive acceptance by the public, as hereby firefighter's body allows to present more about the institution, and increasing module records online volunteers, which will reduce time and help the environment. The redesign of interfaces dynamic and innovative way possible to keep the user's attention at all times of navigation, by having a simple and friendly interface without visual noise with the site. Keywords: Redesign, Design, Web Site Registration Module.En este trabajo investigativo se ha elaborado el rediseño dinámico responsivo del Sitio Web del Cuerpo de Bomberos del Cantón El Empalme Provincia del Guayas con el objetivo de dar a conocer este sitio web. Para la realización y cumplimiento de este proyecto investigativos se analizó y se planteó el uso de las nuevas herramientas tecnológicas y estándares web que permite crear una interfaz dinámica y atractiva con las características responsive desing, que permite la visualización de un sitio web en diferentes tipos de dispositivos tales como computadores, tabletas, Smartphone, presentando amplia información sobre el cuerpo de bomberos se puede obtener el debido registro de postulaciones a aspirantes del Cuerpo de Bomberos. La difusión del sitio web se realizó mediante el uso de redes sociales, ya que a las personas le atraen las novedades de lo que ocurre dentro y fuera de nuestro país a través de las mismas, se difundieron con el uso de plugin de Facebook, twitter y YouTube manteniendo activa la interacción con los visitantes, además de darlos a conocer por medios publicitarios como son los afiches permitiendo detallar números de emergencias, redes sociales y el sitio web. Las personas que acceden al sitio web, se encontraran con una pantalla de bienvenida que presentara las instalaciones y labores realizadas por el cuerpo de bomberos seguidamente deberá pulsar el botón del logo que permitirá enlazar a la página principal del sitio, en esta pantalla de inicio se encontrará con un menú de navegación a nuevas páginas con información completa y detallada en una forma dinámica y eficaz. Finalmente se llegó a la conclusión con la implementación de un contador de visitas el sitio web tuvo una aceptación positiva por parte de la ciudadanía, ya que por este medio el cuerpo de bombero permite dar a conocer más sobre la institución, e incrementando un módulo de registros a voluntarios online, que permitirá reducir tiempo y contribuir al medio ambiente. El rediseño de las interfaces de forma dinámica e innovadora permitió mantener la atención del usuario en todo momento de la navegación, por contar con una interfaz sencilla sin ruido visual y agradable con el sitio.
