Add Tag | Summary: | The legal research project entitled "Doctrinal ARGUMENT AND LEGAL ACTION FOR PROTECTION AND ITS IMPACT WITH THE RIGHTS OF PERSONS" aims to discover what causes that favors the violation of the rights of individuals and those who are responsible for prevent and ensure legal certainty for these to present a proposal that lies in choosing which institution should provide training in Constitutional Law, Constitutional Litigation and Human Rights, both judicial officers, lawyers in free practice and citizens, in order not to stifle the national legal system, improving justice processes regarding violation of human rights as well as rights protection enshrined in the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador. It has been reflected in the governments of step, abuse, excessive use of force, power and corruption, restrictions on freedom of speech and press, so it has not been able to talk of a constitutional state and human rights. As for the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, amended by referendum in 2008, is considered one of the most complete that Ecuador has had in its history, this fully guarantees the rights of protection to people. For the Ecuadorian justice is handled smoothly and transparent, must comply with the principles and constitutional guarantees and other laws that are contemplated, it should be emphasized that mistakes are made in compliance because it has not been specifically determined and specialty formality or procedure applied to certain core subjects, such as "Protection Action." It is noteworthy that, with the copyright protection most relevant to the security of citizens, it is surprising that today, operators of justice, especially the citizens, lack of knowledge about Constitutional Law, Constitutional Litigation and on protection of human rights, means that the new legal outlines require more socialization to society by creating a culture of respect and protection of our rights. |
