Manual de funciones organizacional para la gestión administrativa de la Fundación Espoir del cantón Quevedo, año 2013

The study was conducted in the premises of the Espoir Foundation, located at Avenida Cortez June Guzman, diagonally Diario La Hora, Canton Quevedo, Los Rios province. The research was conducted on 240 days, corresponding to a quantitative and qualitative analysis concerning the manual functions. Was raised overall objective Develop Organizational Manual for optimization of the Administrative Management Quevedo Canton Espoir Foundation. In order to achieve the goals outlined in the research methods were used: inductive-deductive, analytic-synthetic and statistical; types of literature and field research was conducted specifically for the scene; research techniques were used for making qualitative information through focus groups and quantitative sampling conducted through the segment of population. The sample was one hundred percent of the population to be finite, ie 35 employees and managers of the institution to which it was applied surveys and interviews, obtaining as a result of which the institution does not have a manual properly documented, there is flaw in the strategic management functions that the present structure is outdated, among other weaknesses to help verify the hypothesis. Based on the information gathered a proposal with the same function manual is structured personal data, functions and responsibilities of each of the employees and collaborators performed Espoir Foundation.
