Evaluación del efecto del fertilizante Tecnosilix® en plántulas de balsa (Ochroma pyramidale) Cav. ex Lam. Urb. en el Litoral Ecuatoriano

This present project aims to; evaluate the effect of the Tecnosilix® fertilizer on seedlings of (Ochroma pyramidale.) Cav. ex Lam. Urb. On the Ecuadorian Coast. A completely randomized design was used with 3 treatments in different doses 1.5cc, 2.0cc and 2.5cc and a control which was without care and without applications of the Tecnosilix® fertilizer using 5 repetitions for each treatment, obtaining 300 samples of seedlings of (Ochroma pyramidale) Cav. ex Lam. urb. giving a total of 1,200 seedlings as sample material, a completely random design was applied. The survival percentage of the raft seedlings was evaluated where there was no significant difference. The percentage of growth in diameter, height and number of leaves was quantified, where better development was obtained in height of treatment 1 (1.5cc), with an average of 21.12 cm, in the diameter of treatment 1 (1.5cc) with an average of 3.90 mm, in the foliation it presented better results in treatment 3 (2.5cc).
