| الملخص: | The present study performed it in the center of dialysis facilities Contigo S.A., located at Av. Quito and Calle Fausto Torres, along with the Lions Club of canton Quevedo, Los Ríos province, in order to determine the management of human talent and its impact on the administrative and operational performance of the entity, to its effect was diagnosed the current situation of the management of the personnelIt was perceived and identified the level of administrative and operational performance of the renal unit. the area of human talent was structured with the results achieved, proposal that will be implemented will contribute to the management of human resources and at the same time optimize the administrative and operating performance of staff. To achieve the objectives and hypothesis, Quevedo was implemented the kind of field research in the renal unit of the canton, for execution applied techniques of surveys and interviews targeting respectively 47 employees, 165 customers and 3 administrators of the dialysis centre Contigo S.A. With inductive, deductive, analytical and statistical methods was achieved, infer, interpret and statistically analyze data collected in the field study. The Centre of dialysis you S.A., in the city of Quevedo, is a health care establishment where offered dyalisis substitutive therapies, only in patients with Chronic Renal Failure (IRC); develop specialized consultation and dialítico treatment in patients. In the renal unit, has shown that there is some degree of inefficiency in processes carried out by the administrative staff, which indicates that no is being managed properly to the human talent, what could become a barrier to contribute to compliance with the institutional objectives and requirements established by the governmental laws on health. |
