סיכום:In the present research Organizational climate and its impact on the job performance of the technical staff of the "Alarcón Industrial Workshop" in the city of Quevedo, it was determined in the field research that management demonstrated charismatic behavior with participatory leadership following the Likert system, which raises the level of trust, encourages communication and decision-making, and also demonstrates an effective level of internal communication. The survey observed that in the dimensions of organizational climate, compensation affects worker performance by 100%, causing job instability, in the harmonious part and management of workers' emotions, which requires an increase in salary and compensation for their work. This indicates that it negatively affects worker performance. The factors found to affect job performance include a lack of financial compensation and recognition in the workplace, a lack of harmony in the workplace, and a lack of fair compensation, all of which result in low levels of efficiency and effectiveness in job performance. Effective strategies for managing organizational climate and job performance are proposed through a matrix that promotes work environment improvement.
