| الملخص: | The present investigation conducts an exhaustive analysis of the relationship between the implementation of quality management systems and business growth in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) located in Patricia Pilar during 2023. The main objective is to evaluate the contribution of quality management to the growth of these SMEs. A mixed methodology was employed, combining both qualitative and quantitative approaches. Data were collected and analyzed through surveys and interviews with employees, owners, and managers of SMEs, providing a deep understanding of perceptions and experiences related to quality management. Additionally, an analysis of operational and quality management processes within the companies was carried out to identify successful practices and areas for improvement. The results revealed that SMEs that effectively implemented quality management systems experienced significant improvements in terms of operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and market competitiveness. These companies not only met international quality standards but also fostered a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. In contrast, companies that did not adopt these systems faced greater challenges in maintaining their relevance and growth in a highly competitive market. The main conclusion is that properly implemented quality management improves internal processes and significantly contributes to the expansion and competitiveness of SMEs. Thus, the adoption of these systems is essential for their sustainable development and growth. This demonstrates the importance of quality in modern business management. |
