The present study was aimed at improving administrative management - company financial process that will increase sales; to keep existing and potential customers, the company Sumbawa SA is the authorized distributor of brand surf and Skate supplying much of Ecuador in the wholesale and retail, has 13 stores in different provinces, its parent is in the province of Guayas, canton Guayaquil. As its main business is selling clothing sales process becomes the primary and key driver of the company, in which certain shortcomings were found. This research was conducted in order to determine the effect of administrative management - Financial and its impact on the operation of Sumbawa Company S.A. financial positively influences the operation of the company Sumbawa on Paseo shopping Quevedo - the hypothesis that adequate administrative management expertise. a proposal for a model of administrative management to improve administrative management was developed. Implementing strategies benefit the company and customers, and thus will feel satisfied and attention will be better communication between vendors and customers will be more fluid, ie, that the means of contact able to improve sales levels. The formation of the company strategies and the critical nodes decreases and increases sales, obviously to achieve this we must keep the customer satisfied since they are the reason for the existence of companies, a process that will allow achieve business goals.
