Implementación de estrategias financieras para la recuperación de la cartera vencida en la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito El Sagrario Agencia Babahoyo, año 2015.

This research was conducted at the credit union El Sagrario, with reference to NPLs 2014 -2015. The low recovery of NPLs of the Cooperative El Sagrario Babahoyo Agency Babahoyo, is a serious problem that compromises the stability fund, so that with the implementation of new financial strategies that specify the development of collection activities that have to meet staff working in the company, steps to locate the debtor and guarantor, efficiency in the delivery of letters to the homes or workplaces, telephone contacts, refinancings and debt restructurings are reasons why it becomes necessary to add a manager collections. For the execution of research Chapter VIII arises in which; in the first chapter is presented as introduction brief description of the investigation, the statement of the problem as identified negative situation, objectives and strategies of solution, plus detailed justification to give feasibility to the need for the study and the hypothesis as Possible solution; Chapter II support the theoretical concepts based on the variables described; Chapter III methods and materials used, including the research, which allowed for a description of the general to the specific problem with the use of surveys to staff and partners is located, documentary research was also carried out in files of the Cooperative of field observation and scientific books as literature was used; Chapter IV the respective conclusions and recommendations will be; in Chapter V, the proposal is submitted; Chapter VII is the literature as scientific justification for the research and concludes with Chapter VIII where the annexes are included.
