In Ecuador, pepper cultivation is an important sector of the country's economy and a large part of the production is destined for Ecuadorians' own consumption. This crop has brought benefits to our country due to the climate, geographic and soil characteristics suitable for the proper development of pepper cultivation, with greater success in the Costa and Sierra regions.
