The Hacienda Bananera Josefa is an agricultural company that is located located in the Costa Azul Campus. Canton Valencia Parish, province of Los Ríos, 23 km from Cantón Quevedo, on the road that leads to the El Vergel Campus is owned by the Agronomist Wilfrido Macías Zambrano, registered on June 2, 1983 to the production and commercialization of bananas, it has 68.42 hectares of its Total area: of the of which there are 67.56 hectares planted with cavendish variety bananas, with an average age of eighteen years. The objective that was set was to strengthen the maintenance of the plantation through the use of plans and programs that allow foreseeing possible income and expenses, through an operating budget, for the optimization of human and material resources at the Hacienda Bananera Josefa in the period 2010. The hypothesis raised “The lack of an operating budget in the Hacienda Bananera Josefa, prevents a projection of future investments, know the possible income and expenses in the period of time ”, it was effectively confirmed that a budget proposes a solution, because work programs were carried out, estimates of purchase of products, harvest estimates, restructuring of the functional organization chart where the different activities developed by each of the employees are delimited in order to obtain the maximum productive potential of the farm...................................................... |
