Gaia:This research project has the general objective "Develop a feasibility study for the creation of a company dedicated to the production and marketing of coffee in sachets low caffeine infusion, Quevedo city 2015", the methods used were; deductive to act indirectly on the collection of information, namely that if other methods do not work this comes as an intermediary; The application of the inductive method allowed obtaining information from a particular to the general level, this was applied to the survey which yielded information on the behavior of potential consumers of coffee in sachets low caffeine infusion Quevedo; The analytical method allowed analysis of the study object, based on their parts to make the whole; Systematic allowed for the synthesis of this research work, I help the understanding of the essence of what we tried to know in all its parts and characteristics related to the research project. Depending on the level of information provided by sources may be primary or secondary all this made obtaining the results and the main conclusion is that "the project will make convenient in the years analyzed from the point of view of the market "which indicates that the project is favorably viable.
