When implemented, it will get optimize the orientation and training of staff working in different areas of the project by facilitating the implementation of control measures, generating a fundamental advancement in the relationship between employees and hence an improvement in the service to customers. Human talent (human capital) is essential for the proper functioning of the organization, so it is necessary that the manual of functions specifically detail to identify the responsibilities and functions of each unit responsible in the company. Methods for starting this improvement were: deductive and inductive; in deductive's where the information to adjust their results to field research by survey and interview to get results that will make a diagnosis of the level of efficiency of administrative management was compiled; and inductive general conclusions were derived from particular premises. It was the more usual scientific method, with which you could make four essential steps: observation of facts for registration; classification and study of these facts; inductive derivation started from the facts and allowed to reach a generalization; and calibration. |
