| Crynodeb: | TERRATÉCNICA S.A. It began its activities in 2010, in the city of Valencia, province of Los Ríos. This project focuses on evaluating the management of human talent and its influence on the work environment of the employees of the industrial company Terratecnica S.A. located in the canton of Valencia during the year 2023. The methodology used in this project consisted of a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. A case study was carried out at Terratecnica S.A., using 1 semi-structured interview with the manager and surveys with 79 collaborators to collect relevant data on human talent management and the work environment. The results achieved in the investigative process demonstrate that the management of human talent at TERRATECNICA S.A. It presents several deficiencies that significantly affect the work environment of the company. In turn, it has an archaic functions manual for the activities carried out by its collaborators in each area. Furthermore, job induction processes are not carried out, which negatively impacts internal and external factors such as organizational climate, conflict management, work environment and internal communication, affecting productivity. This shows a poor human talent management strategy. The outdated function manual causes organizational conflicts and duplication of tasks, generating inconveniences in the development of operations. |
