Determinar los cuidados de enfermería en trabajadoras sexuales con vaginitis bacteriana de 25 a 35 años, del Centro de Salud, “Los Ángeles” – Loreto –del cantón Quevedo 2013

The purpose of this research is to determine nursing care in patients with bacterial vaginitis 25-35 year old health center Angeles - Loreto Quevedo 2013. Vaginitis infections are one of the most common reasons for gynecological consultation, the public health impact is given by the complications and consequences that may arise. This research will help to decrease the incidence of risk factors for transmission of bacterial vaginosis, not just sex workers if not in the general population. So objective is to determine the nursing care patients applied to sex workers 25 to 35 years with bacterial vaginitis, who come to the Health Center - Loreto Los Angeles. The study was descriptive and quantitative nature of the data, executed in the first stage Pathological research through census, with analysis of the cases seen during the first half of 2013. The results show that respondents consider important prevention program in nursing because it is a way to raise awareness about the risks of the disease, especially since the consequences if not treated in time can lead to cancer or cause more severe damages disease, so it is suggested to continue working in this direction, socialization campaigning, especially to prevent further spread and control of infected people.
