Dodaj oznaku | Sažetak: | The Domótica is based on the techniques of automation of buildings or homes in order to provide a system of security, well-being and energy saving. In this research we present a prototype aimed at managing the monitoring and control of the daily activities of the elderly through a wireless home automation system. It was analyzed within the range of modules of ZigBee technology that the module most suitable to manage the wireless communication is the XBee Series 2 for its simple communication and its wide reach. A master-slave network was designed by means of a central module and four receiver modules destined to a specific task, these modules were programmed with PICs or microcontrollers. Software was made in Visual Basic.Net with its respective database through the PostgreSQL system and a web page with Apache which is an open source HTTP server. The software application that was developed for the prototype allows us to control the activation and deactivation of its devices from a remote point generating their respective reports. |
