| Sumari: | The overall objective of the research is to assess the satisfaction and perceived impact of direct and indirect users of the recreational center " La Finca " on the implementation of cabins for benefits tourists, To this end, research first , was assessed through survey satisfaction and perceived impact of the project on the potential user. As such , it is considered relevant for the purpose of entering the market with a product that a comfortable and cheerful atmosphere. Therefore, the creation of these cabins tend to promote a broader vision in an environment where competition and continuous development are paramount. Upon completion of this project , we show that the construction of these huts is an excellent investment , because it would contribute to the growth and development of Canton El Empalme , offering an innovative product to the target market . It is a profitable business for the value that may occur in the first year and the projected increase over other years , the great market acceptance and innovative business . It may also define an approximate value of the IRR ( internal rate of return ) of 36 % , based on projections of net cash flow, this makes the project profitable . The NPV ( Net Present Value ) is estimated at $ 8,639 , these figures can confirm that the project is viable and an ideal choice for investment. This feasibility study is the installation of tourist cabins first class recreational center in La Finca , Canton El Empalme , Guayas province , to help solve the deficiency of tourist infrastructure in peak periods especially Carnival Easter holidays Sierra and Eve , and to help develop tourism in this region. With the market research that was conducted it was established that the service has a guaranteed market , since it is very appreciated by visitors and tourists , as new services such as typical cabins in the area , swimming pools will be provided , water games, restaurant and sports court . |
