Sammanfattning:The feasibility study on "The production and marketing of ice cream Soy in Quevedo Canton" it has raised, according to the conditions, processes and needs of the product or service to offer. The research in the first part discusses the general goal through market research, analyzing the demand, supply, prices and determining how to market the product, data obtained through primary and secondary sources of information and allowed to achieve identify the feasibility of the project from the point of view of market. The second part of the technical feasibility of the project to the correct operation of the plant, identifying the optimal location, the right size, the right engineering and plant management was established process flows and general policies is analyzed for production of soy ice cream. Following the feasibility study and economic and financial viability where orders and monetary information identified in market research and technical study carried determining costs, initial investment, income statements, analyzes of systematized Similarly, the financial assessment provided the basis for determining the feasibility of applying investment indices that take into account the value of money over time such as the Internal Rate of Return, Net Present Value and Benefit Cost Ratio is met including the time of recovery capital.
