Efecto de tres enraizadores en estacas de Trichanthera Gigantea bonpl. (quiebrobarrigo) en el Cantón Cuyabeno año 2015. Plan de propagación clonal de plantas

This research has the objective "Assessing the Effect of Three Enraizadores in Bonpl gigantea Trichanthera Stakes. (Quiebrobarrigo) in the Cuyabeno Canton. The investigation began with the selection of parent trees, sorting clones, preparation of nursery area, substrate, filling bags, location and shape of the experimental units, disinfection substrate and stakes and finally planting according to treatment and established experimental design (randomized complete block). The variables measured were: survival, number of buds, bud greater length , plant height, number of leaves, number of roots, root length less than, greater root length and plant health of the plants. In the independent variable (three enraizadores); in survival it is the best enraizador raízplant 500 with 90.00% average; the number of outbreaks rootmost with average of 9 buds; bud length greater rootmost with average 13.7 cm; rootmost number of sheets with the average of 53 leaves; plant height raízplant 500 with half the 39.4 cm; the number of roots rootmost with an average of 38 roots; short root length raízplant 500 with mean 4.2 cm; and root length long rootmost with average 13.1 cm. For the dependent variable ( types of stakes); the best survival stake in the three knots with 93.5%; the number of outbreaks four knots average of 9 buds; length of the four largest outbreak average of 14.02 knots cm; leaves number four knots with the average of 56 leaves; plant height of four nodes with 41.2 cm average ; number of roots of two knots with an average of 36 roots; short root length of four knots with an average of 3.9 cm; and long root length of three knots with an average of 13.5 cm. Depending on the results -oriented Implementation Techniques Clonal Propagation of Trichanthera gigantea for Reforestation and Protection of Vertientes proposal, whose beneficiaries are the habitants of the Cuyabeno Canton aguarico surrounding the river was developed.
