Auditoría operativa al área de producción y su relación con la eficiencia de la hacienda el recuerdo, cantón Buena Fe. año 2013

This research is an Operational Auditing held at Banana Hacienda El Recuerdo, from 2013 and is located at Km. 12 via Santo Domingo Quevedo canton Buena Fe, for the development of this research was needed to make travel facilities Hacienda knowing the production processes and by interviewing Owner Finance Manager to head of production, staff surveys and field production for the theoretical framework of this research analyzed the specific objectives and the search was conducted in books, websites with accurate information complying with the regulations required for the realization of this chapter. Regarding research methodology and analytical methods, inductive-deductive types of descriptive research was conducted, using techniques of verbal and documentary observation techniques applied was the method Coso Internal Control, survey and interview as it is an effective to obtain the information from workers method. The implementation of internal control questionnaire a score of 79.2% to 100% was obtained. Among the findings detected failure and deficiency in risk assessment, supervision and monitoring were found. Efficiency indicators and the final report was made and finally conclusions and recommendations are made for improvements to the Hacienda “El Recuerdo”.
