This research was conducted at the premises of the company Cemetery La Paz Canton Buena Fe. Provincial de Los Ríos 2013. Its main activity is to provide the Quevedeña community and its services around excéquiales selling vaults. The overall objective was to establish the incidence of operational audit in the administration of the company Cemetery La Paz Canton Buena Fe. Provincial de Los Ríos, 2013 for which various methods and techniques used in order to perform an analysis of the study variables. Within the survey research process applied to administrative staff of the company, to this internal control questionnaires to the administrative manager of the company was applied. The results show that the absence of addressing causes destabilization in fulfilling the roles and functions of personnel; business planning should involve all stakeholders for decision-making.
