Adicionar Tag | Resumo: | Agro-tourism as a self-management activity represents the ideal complement for the diversification of sources of income on farms with tourist potential that exist within rural areas, which is why this project aims to design an eco-camping model for the "Quinta Intriago" that contributes to the agro-tourist development of the area, The field research method was fundamental for the fulfillment of the proposed objectives, which through the collection of data in situ allowed the situational diagnosis of the "Quinta Intriago" and the identification of its infrastructure, flora, fauna and other natural attractions belonging to the "Quinta", detailing the existing resources. Three objectives were proposed, which were carried out based on different types of research, such as bibliographic research; through which it was possible to obtain literary information on the subject to be treated, exploratory; through this field observation, analytical and deductive; it helped to have a clearer picture of the place of study and its problems. Through the surveys it was determined that 94% of the sample of the Buena Fe canton knows the "Quinta Intriago" being the sports activities the most performed with 58%, as for the camping activity, 95% answered that they do not know any area for camping activities within the canton, indicating in turn with 99% that they would agree with the creation of a camping area within the "Quinta Intriago", which shows the acceptance of the project in the community. For the design of the eco-camping area, the existing tourist facilities at the "Quinta" were merged with the facilities to be implemented, which will contribute to the socioeconomic growth of the area and promote agrotourism within the canton.
