Estudio técnico y económico para la creación de una empresa de reparación y pintura al horno de autos para la ciudad de Santo Domingo, año 2014

The overall objective of this study is the technical and economic study for the creation of a company repair and auto paint oven for the city of Santo Domingo. For this feasibility study it was necessary to analyze the current situation of the automobile painting process of Santo Domingo, and was just visiting the companies providing the service vehicle paint oven, for this analytical methods used, deductive, descriptive, as well as field research and literature, research methods provided more precise. Surveys for managers and owners of vehicles in the city of Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas a total of 381 was conducted, the population under study. Based on the results it was determined that the project is viable, competitive price growth trend, in order to determine the size required for the operation of business activities, a study was conducted to entities offer this service in the city of Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas, obtaining the following result, 2016 vehicles serviced annually five companies providing services to the automotive paint oven. The initial investment is valued at $ 61 852.24. That would be 100% bank financing considering that the life of the project is reflected to 5 years revenue earning vehicle $ 259,200 in the first year, the NPV is $ 4.773.83 and the IRR is equivalent to 16% the benefit cost ratio is 1.28 to obtain a positive result is that the project is viable for the establishment of the plant.
