The research was developed in Windows City, Rivers Province, in the town center, with respect to the issue of: "CHARACTERIZATION ECONOMIC SOCIAL AND PROPOSED ESTABLECIENTO OF A MODERN MARKET FOR INFORMAL SECTOR COMMERCIAL CANTON WINDOW, PERIOD 2012 ". The results obtained from the source the legislature and government of the Canton of those involved in the informal commercial activity, where the proposed construction of a modern market to locate in one space to the entire population acting informally arises and participates in the hull urban. The questionnaire administered at the legislative level, yielded positive results regarding the disposition aimed at obtaining resources and / or use of the investment budget for public works for the current fiscal year; similarly, the criteria are examined at the citizens of Canton depicting society through sample size and results are highly makers for the permanent location of the informal business sector in one space, where it is concentrated high and varied supply of goods and services, which will result in changing the decoration of the city. The proposed budget for construction is very conservative, but more importantly the projected construction of other blocks and thus avoid the pollution of other citizens dedicated to creating chaos and anarchy in the urban area of the city. The decision of all sectors involved in the construction of modern market as well as the location of informal trade, will improve the quality of life of society canton and windows will become an example for other cities.
