| Özet: | At present, the element that differentiates one organization from another is the human talent; so much so that the most valuable asset that has an organization and consists basically of the skills of individuals based on their combined knowledge, skills, attitudes and qualities of its members. Fulfilling the goal of serving the community as a tool to get properly motivated employees through training and work incentives that promote both professional and personal development thereby increasing job performance better contributing to the development of this important banking sector. Considering motivation as an important tool in any organization, which provides a deck and furnished to the employee to perform his job well, encouraging and offering their best in improving personal and team work; attitudes and incentives to get them from catching in the work environment, fulfilling achievements and objectives; once diagnosed the shortcomings within the company Servipagos through interviews, surveys of staff and clients to assess how influences staff motivation and how it affects the productivity of the same. This research aims to define and design a training plan and work incentives as a management tool, with powers to facilitate and improve the management of human talent who work who are the protagonists, key proposal for their knowledge, experiences and values in Servipagos Company in the canton Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas. |
