Auditoría administrativa y su incidencia en la rentabilidad de la gasolinera Manssur en el cantón Ventanas año 2014

The research work "administrative audit and its impact on the profitability of the Mansour gas station in the canton Windows 2014", both administrative staff and sales regarding financial and administrative structure that occurs in the company and its impact on the cost effectiveness; It began with a general objective: "Make a Management Audit to determine the current profitability of the Mansour gas station located at 2014 Canton windows" where research methods such as inductive, deductive, analytic and synthetic is used; likewise types of research and field research and descriptive literature, through surveys, interviews and financial indicators, allowing information and analyze it to comply with the objectives as checking the respective hypothesis. Furthermore, the extensive literature that has served largely support the development of this research, which basically seeks this company has sufficient instruments for a better development of all who are part of it was alsoused. The research results were given as follows: Once done a thorough diagnosis was determined that the station Mansour fully complies with the rules of the current administration; It is established that the degree of trust and risk carried Mansour station allowed to determine the level of efficiency within the administration, determining a risk audit of 35% determining it as acceptable; Reliably report on the findings in the investigation properly investigating the comments, conclusions and recommendations to the Mansour gas station was issued.
