| Özet: | The marketing aims to identify and meet the desires and needs of the client and achieve the corporate goal of the company. This research project is aimed to improve the promotion of the complex, with the aim of increasing the rate of visitors. The Marketing Plan developed for recreational complex Chiquiplay had as its first objective was to determine the current status of the recreational complex, where it was confirmed that the complex has as strength quality in the services and the unique features that it possesses, being the inhabitants of the canton Quevedo and the feminine public who visit the complex. In addition, due to their remodeling needs a marketing plan, which will allow to define marketing strategies, giving vital importance to the promotion of the services offered, we also defined a vision and mission for the complex. The market study conducted project results are very important for the development of the marketing plan, to demonstrate that the visitors would recommend to family and friends who visit the complex, thanks to the quality of the services offered, the characteristics of the complex and trained staff with that account.
