Contributes to the food security of millions of people in much of the developing world. As a product of export, the banana contributes decisively to the economy of our country, and this is the most exported fruit fresh the world in terms of volume and value. OASIS and MARIA CRISTINA, is an agricultural producer of bananas. Started its activities in the year 1994, its legal domicile is the Canton Valencia. During its 18 years of existence has never reached the optimal standard of quality and productivity, despite the fact that account with the sufficient human capital and all the necessary infrastructure for the development of its activities. During the year 2011, they had a substantial loss in annual sales , which is very representative from an economic point of view for any company that wants to stay in the market. In the project initially we define the need to determine the causes that are causing the loss of banana to which were implemented control parameters and verification in the process of production and quality, then using the principles of the same according to the ISO 9001 standards (Organización Internacional para la Estandarización), defines a path to improve quality in the management of the estates. Detect and correct time to the shortcomings in the management of the estates at present is of vital importance, because the treaties of trade and bilateral relations require high standards of quality, otherwise we will be displaced by competition and by those countries that have already signed trade agreements with the same markets where we put our product, they were finally presents a plan of action that will eliminate the deficiencies and improve productivity. |
