Implementación de un sistema contable para el área financiera en el almacén de electrodomésticos "Aracelli" del cantón Shushufindi, provincia de Sucumbíos, año 2011

Shushufindi has a population of 44,328 inhabitants according to the 2010 census, and are classified as: 27 973 inhabitants in rural areas and 16,355 in urban areas, is composed of six parishes five of which are rural why the parish Shushufindi Central is a highly commercial area, making it possible to create small business enterprises, enabling economic development of the sector and its inhabitants. Among small business enterprises is the appliance store "ARACELLY" company that was started several years ago with little operational capacity and few customers, but over the years the company grew its operating structure and overall economic level. The warehouse appliance "ARACELLY" is located in the province of Sucumbíos, Shushufindi Canton, Central Shushufindi Parish, Barrio May 24. The research project was developed through a planning in which techniques and methods used in research as deductive methods, inductive, analytical, and the use of library materials and virtual. The techniques used for data collection were observation, interview and survey for the purpose of establishing the SWOT matrix. The main objective of the project is a store with an accounting system that optimizes the economic resources of the same through the control and organization of accounting information in accordance with the laws, rules and procedures established by the inspection body, seeking to it is as close as possible to the economic reality of the undertaking. With the implementation of the accounting system in the store are real and reliable information obtained which allowed a better analysis of the state of affairs of the company, for making better decisions aimed at organizational and economic development of the warehouse.
