| Sažetak: | This research project aims to make soap from fried vegetable oil for which it was proposed to evaluate the quality of soap from waste vegetable oil. An experimental design was proposed with AxB factorial arrangement with two repetitions to compare factor A (Vegetable oil used) and factor B (bleach concentrations) and the effect that occurs when interacting these two factors and between treatment levels. The TUKEY significance test was applied (p ≤ 0.05), the data analyses were performed in the statistical program (STATGRAPHICS), and for the evaluation of the quality of the soap obtained, analyses were carried out such as: moisture and volatile matter, free alkalinity such as NaOH, chlorides, pH, foam level and fat, in terms of the results obtained a concentration of bleach (7%), obtained the best results of pH, free alkalinity such as NaOH, moisture and volatile matter and the highest level of foam, while the types of vegetable oil of corviche frying waste + 7% concentration of bleach I present results within those established in the NTE INEN 839. This research concludes that the different treatments evaluated are largely met by the authors who conducted research for the production of soap. Keywords: vegetable oils, alkali, saponification. |
