Optimización del sistema de producción en la empacadora de banano corporación de producción y comercialización “Unión Carchense” del cantón Santo Domingo, año 2015

This research was conducted in Baler Corporation Production and Marketing "Carchense Union" Canton Santo Domingo de Los Tsáchilas in the area of production systems. The objective of this research was to optimize the production system of the baler banana Corporation Production and Marketing "Carchense Union" in Santo Domingo, 2014, for which field research was used and bibliographic, descriptive with qualitative and quantitative approach, use of inductive, deductive, analytic, synthetic methods; using survey and interview techniques applied to 54 company partners and the Plant Manager or President. When analyzing the instruments in question, it was identified that the main problem of banana packing plant orito concerns limitations to pack installed capacity growing fruit, because you can only take advantage of the 54.48% crop marketing exporters, while the remainder is sold nationwide at half price, the main causes processes are manual and mechanical, consequently resulting in an annual loss of $ 142,155.58. The semi-automation of the plant to take every orito banana crop, in order to increase revenues and improve productivity Corporation plant was proposed, which will generate a 69% increase in the efficiency of production and 45% growth in capacity of the packing plant, also an action plan on the implementation of continuous improvement techniques for the benefit of customers, employees and the Corporation itself was performed to exploit the economic feasibility of the proposal. .
