The topic "DIAGNOSTIC AGROSOCIOECONOMICO DEL CULTIVO DEL CACAO IN SMALL PRODUCERS FROM BUENA FE TOWN, COUNTRY TOWN EL CONGO, PROVINCE OF LOS RIOS” General methods was used inductive-deductive, interviews, surveys and observation to obtain the required information, where we can say that the most important is very few farmers benefit from the Cocoa Producers' Associations. Through the diagnosis is determined that despite having held meetings between themselves and other associations regarding the improvement of cocoa (Theobroma cacao L). Most farmers sell their crops to middlemen or product without considering the economic loss for them represents a significant contribution. There were not many obstacles to find performers to help develop the activities envisaged in this work. Postharvest processes greatly affect the quality of cocoa beans, proper fermentation, drying field and industrialization are essential for obtaining high-quality products. Therefore, is important to evaluate the performance of the main components in grains postharvest as variations in content are directly related to possible changes in biological activity, and the development of flavors and aromas in the chocolate. In this place, people who are dedicated to the cultivation of cocoa, lack of knowledge of how to handle the product for optimal results, besides the roads and highways are terrible interrupting effectively transporting the product, on the other hand the process cocoa drying becomes one of the biggest problems that do not have a physical space in. Therefore we believe that the solution is the creation of a clearinghouse cocoa trader in the same strategies was implemented to improve product quality. The proposal to make this feasible and adjusted to the needs presented by the inhabitants of this area, in particular the lack of techniques to get a quality product. To achieve the project is presented each of the proposed strategies with the benefits to be obtained if correctly applied each strategy. The implementation of this project will help producers to improve planting techniques getting a quality product, deliver training, provide best price on the volume, use of organic fertilizer to preserve the environment in order to achieve satisfied producers |
