Summary:This research is conducted in the business context where the importance of internal communication in job performance is acknowledged. The aim is to evaluate the impact of communication management on the job performance of CORDIALSA company employees. Effective communication in the workplace is crucial for employee satisfaction and productivity, which in turn influences the overall success of the organization. This research was conducted using a mixed approach combining qualitative elements through an interview with the immediate superior of the Los Ríos area and quantitative elements through a survey of all company personnel. Items were evaluated using a 5-point Likert scale. The collected information was tabulated in Excel and graphed using the SPSS V25 statistical software. Results indicate that CORDIALSA employs both vertical and horizontal communication, and barriers such as lack of trust and freedom of expression, unclear information, and distraction from external noise in pre-planned meetings were identified. Communication channels are not properly established, and job performance is neutral.
