| Summary: | This research project entitled Communication Plan and its impact on the dissemination and promotion of the products offered by Zuriel Store in the City of Quevedo established the objectives to be made in the research work which consisted of knowing the current situation of Zuriel Store , the design of the corporate identity to improve its position in the market, in addition to the proposal to propose advertising strategies that allow to enhance its image to current and potential customers. The applied methodology consisted in the types of diganóstica investigation and of field, the methods deductive and inductive, used like instruments the interview realized to the owner of the boutique, where it was evidenced that it does not own a corporate identity, that of recognition and that Is different from the competition, and even more that it has not made any kind of publicity in its state of permanence in the market, also for the development of the survey was constituted a population of 86,754 women in the city of Quevedo taking as a sample 383 , so that as a result was reflected in the fact that there is a high rate of ignorance of the boutique represented by 90%, identified the advertising media that most contact the respondents, which were taken as a reference for the development of advertisements, in addition they were proposed as recommendations to carry out an analysis of the current situation to know their clients or competency in the same way in implementing the proposal of the design of the corporate manual, and the application of advertising strategies |
