סיכום:The main motivation for carrying out this research work is the need to know the contribution of technological resources in the collaborative work of the collaborators of the ICT Department of the UTEQ. The work focuses on the identification of the most used technological tools and the perception of collaborators about the effective contribution of these resources in teamwork. The information was collected through interviews with the Leader of the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) Department, analysis of planning documents, survey of collaborators and users. The interviews with the ICT Leader were face to face while the user surveys were through invitation to participate in a survey using web forms. The results of the survey were entered into an electronic Excel sheet. The inductive, deductive and analytical method was used. The sample size was also calculated. The main result obtained is that both collaborators and users mostly use email (60%) and remote desktop software (40%), considering them highly and effective for collaborative work. It should be noted that future technological tools that are acquired must have a high degree of compatibility with other tools. In such a way that these tools have good integration even if they belong to several software development companies.
