| Итог: | This paper proposes the creation of an Audit Management Human Resource department and its impact on compliance with the Labor Policy Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Canton La Maná, 2013, making conclusions and recommendations are issued timely and reasonable that will contribute to the efficient development of activities, helping to improve the performance of public xvii servants of the institution. The research part of a situational analysis in order to detect weaknesses and threats assessment processes by applying the COSO internal control system ( RUN ) , GAD , Municipal and Human Resource department , implementation indicators management , and evidence of sufficient and appropriate audit to determine the findings, resulting in the final audit report that contributes to taking corrective action in personnel management . Also to comply with these goals made use of inductive, deductive, synthetic and analytical methods, which allowed the research conducted at the Department of Human Resource Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Canton La Maná could be done with information reasonable and timely. In addition several techniques and research tools such as the observation and interview were used. Performance audit Human Resource Department of Municipal GAD has been carried out based on the information provided and collected in the institution, more direct observation, bibliographic and virtual material expanded in this study. The applications of the auditing constitute an important tool that will support Human Resource management of the institution, to improve and provide quality service to citizens Lamanense and servers (as). The executive level shall comply with the recommendations described in the final report of the Audit and make the necessary corrections. |
