| Riassunto: | This research makes possible the evaluation of the efficacy and residuality of the chemical group of strobilurins in the control of black sigatoka (Mycosphaerella fijiensis) in banana (Musa paradisiaca). This experiment was carried out at the “La María” Campus regarding the Quevedo State Technical University. The methodology used for the variables efficiency and residuality was Stover modified by Gaul. A completely randomized design (DCA) was applied, the data were analyzed with the statistical program R with the Tukey test at 5% probability, the investigation lasted 4 months and 4 treatments were managed; T0 (absolute control), T1 (Azoxystrobin 0.4 L ha-1), T2 (Pyraclostrobin 0.4 L ha-1) and T3 (Trifloxystrobin 0.15 L ha-1), with a total of 24 experimental units with 6 repetitions per treatment, for an evaluation time (7, 14, 21, 28, 35, 42, 49). The results indicate that in the residuality and efficacy variable there were significant differences between the treatments applied. However, throughout the investigation period, T2 was superior to the other treatments in residuality and efficacy. In addition, in the cost analysis variable, T2 has a lower application cost compared to the other treatments. |
