Diseño de un manual de funciones y procedimientos para la distribuidora de filtros y lubricantes Vemafil de la ciudad de Santo Domingo

This manual is intended to help and satisfy the need for Vemafil Distributor to have a tool to describe the functions and procedures that need to make your staff in order to improve the performance of their activities, as the company has filed various conflicts that have hindered its management and growth as a company, and then analyzed it can be fixed with a manual, the same that will significantly improve their effectiveness and efficiency in their processes. The methodology used for the development of this research work, part of the problem statement and the objectives of the study, later to make the current situation analysis, by applying methods and research techniques such as interview with the General Manager and surveys made to all staff of the Distributor, which allowed to determine the weaknesses in the processes of administration and management of staff. This process allowed to gather important information that served to present the proposal, detailing the same according to the functions performed by each employee of the company, and procedures that describe in detail and ordered all instructions, functions and processes various activities performed in Vemafil Distributor. Finally the most relevant conclusions and recommendations that have been made with the development of the proposal for consideration by the Management is presented.
