Implementación de una aplicación web para la promoción de tradiciones culturales y sitios turísticos de la ciudad de Quevedo, período 2014.

This research has made a Web application to promote cultural traditions and tourist sites in the city of Quevedo, called "Quevedo tourist destination." Which it emerged as an alternative solution to encourage people around the country to visit Quevedo, know its history, traditions, culture, scenic spots and nature, and thus empower Quevedo as an interesting destination to visit. Development and application of this thesis project the use of new technologies and web standards that helped create an attractive dynamic application and responsive features design that allows it to be displayed on different devices (computers, tablets, smartphones, SmartTV's, raised etc.), and presenting extensive information about the city in a clear and orderly manner, which is supported with extensive photo gallery that exhibits defined as tourist sites in 360 degree panoramic tours. The dissemination website was made through social networks, since many people only updated the latest news of what's happening in the world through them, which allowed a wider scope in the population and also with the use of Facebook and twitter plug-in application, keep active interaction with visitors. He finally concluded that the web application developed had a positive impact on the citizens of Quevedo, as it has allowed them to learn more about their city, reunited with the Quevedo of yesteryear and learn about new places offered for the healthy recreation, in an innovative and dynamic way. The application of creative and functional interfaces allow users to maintain a simple and friendly interaction with the website.
