Summary:This research was conducted at the Hacienda Wonder Canton Quevedo, Los Rios Province, located 11 km from the Quevedo-Moraspungo via newly paved; limited by the cantons: Quevedo Northwest, Northeast Buena Fe and Valencia, La Maná southeast and southwest Windows Phone: 0994297399, email maravilla@hotmail.com institutional finances. In its development detailed chapters VIII below were used: In Chapter I the introduction elementally structured and analyzed after the problem arose objectives: General Design a Labour Management Plan and its influence on the efficient labor on Plantations Palma, Hacienda Wonder, Canton Quevedo, 2014; and specific: a) conduct an assessment of the situation of human talent of Finance Maravilla, b) Analyze the system of labor management Hacienda Maravilla, c) Determine the causes of the inefficiency of labor management in Palm Plantations Hacienda Maravilla, d) Develop improvement Plan of the Labor Management at the Hacienda Maravilla. In Chapter II the theoretical and legal foundations necessary to give explanation to the topics addressed in the objectives were integrated. Chapter III explains the location of the Hacienda Wonder, materials and methods, techniques and applied research in terms of population it is noteworthy that the 45 workers who make up the workforce were interviewed and the interview was applied to administrator Hacienda Maravilla. Chapter IV is the development in the order of objectives: surveys and interviews provided the information required for the diagnosis of the current situation of human talent in the Hacienda Maravilla, labor not sufficiently empowered, requires motivation, and training in values and best practices of palm cultivation; Labor management system was analyzed to find weaknesses in the administrative management of the workforce of Finance, one of the main causes of the inefficiency of labor management is poor planning and lack of a plan leading to improved management of human talent. Chapter V is formulated as proposed improvement plan for the management of human resources in the Hacienda Wonder period 2015-2017 in which the actions of improvements to meet integrated, responsible for the tasks, scheduling time, resources deemed necessary, the investment budget, indicators and responsible for monitoring; with a focus on the future of what labor is able to do, and how we can do better. Chapter VI in finding flaws were detected in handling labor of Finance Maravilla, whereupon it is recommended to implement the proposed plan of improvement from 2015. Chapter VII would structured with citations consulted at both texts provided in the Library of the UTEQ, as that which was consulted via the Internet and the information provided by the Treasury. Chapter VIII listed as evidence of the research work carried instruments used in surveys and interviews, over photographs taken at the scene.
